Oceanfront Oasis
If you want to pack less baby gear, this is the place!
The owners of this rental have clearly traveled with little kids themselves because they thought of so many of the things parents usually end up hauling from home.
No bathtub? No problem. They provide a baby bath, along with a pack 'n play, high chair, baby monitor, sound machine, baby gates, and more.
I think this would be a great option for a multi-family trip. There is plenty of room to spread out, and if the kids need a break from the beach, there are lots of other entertainment options right at the property. Even the family dog is welcome!
If I booked this rental, I'd still toss travel bed rails in my suitcase and bring my go-to safety basics: painter's tape and outlet covers.

"We travel a lot as a family and we've noticed most Airbnbs aren't baby friendly. We added a swingset and slide, a pack and play, highchair, baby monitor, box fans, and baby gates to help make family travel easier."
Parent Tip:
The hosts provide beach toys, but recommend bringing a properly fitted life vest if your child will be spending time near the water.
